4. Purpose of processing personal data / purpose of use of the register

The purpose of this register is to store passenger data required by the Act on Accommodation and Catering Activities (Act on Accommodation and Catering Activities 2006/308, Section 6), to enable customer service contacts, and to maintain customer relationships. Direct marketing when the customer has not prohibited it.

In addition, the register is collected to enable online trading using the Villa Långstrand online store, such as the transmission of order information, billing information, payment confirmation information, or processing information between the merchant and the customer.

6. Regular data sources

The data is collected using electronic forms in the Johku online service. Customers enter the data personally when ordering from the Johku online store.

The data is not separately disclosed and remains with the data controller only. Passenger data is disclosed to authorities designated by law. The data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

8. Principles of register protection

A. Manual data

If manual data is printed from a register stored on a computer, the data is stored in a locked state and only the data controller and the authorities designated by law have access to the data.

B. Data stored on the computer

The register is located on the server of Aptual Commerce Oy, which is located in a controlled server center. Only the controller and the technical maintenance personnel of Aptual Commerce Oy have access to the complete register data. A merchant customer who has purchased the Johku service has access to the personal data provided by customers who have ordered from the Johku online store to the extent required for trading.

9. Right of inspection and exercise of the right of inspection

Everyone has the right to inspect the information concerning themselves. The right of inspection is free of charge once a year. The inspection request must be made in writing by a personally signed letter or in person at the controller's office.

10. Correction of information and implementation of correction of information

Everyone has the right to demand correction of information in the register. The request for correction should be made in writing and in a sufficiently specific manner.

11. Other possible rights

According to Section 30 of the Personal Data Act, “the data subject has the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data concerning him or her for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing, as well as for market and opinion research, as well as for the purposes of the civil registry and genealogy.
